Scuba Day Trip Terms and Conditions
By booking on our trips, the customer is hereby agreeing to all our cancellation and trip conditions.
- All bookings must be paid in full to confirm and hold your place.
- Customers are required to reconfirm their trip within 48hrs of departure.
- Before diving is permitted on the dive trip, an internationally recognised Certification Card must be presented. NO CARD = NO SCUBA DIVING = NO REFUND.
- Customers without their card may snorkel only. Diving with staff is not possible.
- Any transfers or cancellations made after close of business five (5) working days prior to diving or trip will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Customers may substitute another diver at the discretion of management. For legal reasons Supercat Charters will require notification of the new diver’s name 24 hours prior to departure.
- Transfers made before close of business five (5) working days prior to diving or trip can be made at no charge but only at management’s discretion. Transfers are valid for 3 months from date of original trip.
- Cancellations before close of business five (5) working days prior to diving or trip will incur a $25 administration fee.
- Any damages/loss of hire equipment by customers must be paid for.
- There will be no refund for any unused portion of any trip for any reason.
- It is up to the dive and boat staff to choose the most suitable site for the day. We cannot guarantee any dive sites.
- The dive staff may use their discretion to stop a participant from diving if they feel their experience level is inadequate or they are not qualified i.e. Deep or night dives.
- Diving will not be permitted if divers are drinking or taking drugs.
- Trip itinerary is subject to change by management at any time taking into account but not limited to weather, safety issues and diver experience.
- All bookings paid by credit card must be authorized by the diver and the credit card sighted.
- No responsibility is taken for any damages/loss of customers equipment.
- We recommend travel insurance for ALL trips!
- Management reserves the right to cancel a trip and/or substitute a vessel. If management cancels, a full refund or transfer is available.
- Departure and return times may vary at operator’s discretion.
